Precision-engineered for reliability and performance, our Engineering Specialty Supplies category features essential components that play a critical role in mechanical systems. Whether you're securing assemblies, aligning parts, or ensuring smooth lubrication, these specialized parts deliver dependable functionality in every application.
Align with Accuracy. Lock with Strength.

Circlips
Circlips are used to prevent lateral movement. They are used as retaining rings on bearing assemblies and are manufactured using semi-flexible metal ring. These products are in a shape of a circle with a clip and are open from one end.
Constructed as curved beams of uniform strength, the radial width is reduced towards the free ends so that a constantly round shape is maintained throughout continuous use. This form of circlip often used in assemblies subjected to strong centrifugal forces, is also secure against high rotational speeds. Lugs with holes are provided for rapid fitting or removal with circlip pliers.
Circlips now available in High Strength and Corrosion Resistance Aerospace Grade.

Pins
Pins are unthreaded fasteners inserted through pre-drilled holes to secure or fasten objects together. Pins come in different shapes and designs, each serving specific functions in various applications. Union offers Cotter Pins, Dowel Pins, and Roll Pins.
Cotter Pins are bent metal pins with a split at one end. they are commonly used to secure bolts and other fasteners by passing the pin through a hole in the fastener and then spreading the ends to prevent it from coming out. Dowel Pins are cylindrical rods used to align and join two or more components precisely. They fit into corresponding holes in the parts, ensuring proper alignment during assembly.
Roll Pins are hollow cylindrical pins that compress when inserted into a hole. They are often used to secure two parts together by fitting into a drilled hole and expanding to create a tight fit.

Grease Nipple
Grease nipples are small but critical components used to supply lubricants directly to bearings and other machinery parts. They function as a valve, allowing grease to be fed into the system via a grease gun, opening under pressure and closing afterward to prevent leaks and contamination.
Union Fasteners offers Mild steel, Brass and Stainless steel grease nipples in straight, 45 degree, 90 degree.
